Nuns' Brains In Jars

Weirdly I had heard/read about the 'Nun study' before the wonderful Dave Moore and Neil Delamere got their teeth into it. It's a brilliant science story and we're learning so much from these Nuns and their brains.

More than 500 brains donated by nuns are stored in a U of M lab. Researchers hope the brains will help them learn more about Alzheimer's disease and other brain diseases. MPR Photo/Lorna Benson

btw: Neil Delamere is one of my favourite comedians, he is awesome on radio shows, and I hope he comes out to Aotearoa New Zealand at some point.

The Why Would You Tell Me That?! podcast is fantastic, listen along and if you're on Apple Podcasts make sure you leave a review, doesn't matter what you say 😁

Anyway, on with the Nuns and their brains in jars ...
