David Rhodes is back

Back in March 2005 I got a particularly disappointing bit of 'letter spam' from a David Rhodes in Perth ... well, he's back but this time he's communicating with Liz.

As back then the actual letter is v sad with little humour to report.

The names at the bottom this time are:
Unlike 2005, I can go a little further with my request that spammers and other such nasties do not take those addresses and use them for nefarious dealings, I can link them to a Google Map just to make sure you know where to avoid.

Be interesting to know if the addresses (all of which do exist) are occupied by the names given - anyone know how to check that out?

It's an almost common phrase, "We live better than a king of old!" Ok, let's do some a lot of searching and see if that's true in any sense at all BUT first ... Some definitions ... "We all" Almost exclusively this is white, middle-class / middle-level, in the top 10-15%, sort of people. The Difference Between One Million And One Billion

It's feels like a billion is just a bit bigger than a million. Obviously it's bigger but it fits on the same scale as a million, surely. It doesn't. A billion is so so so much bigger than a million. I've trawled the internet finding graphics and videos that show the VAST difference between one million and one billion. Oh, and just to finish with a different misconception about space starting with the classic opening line from the great Douglas Adams and The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy : “Space is big. The office has all been moved around - new desks (with starter handles to raise and lower them), new high(er) speed network and ... the same old work. New(ish) podcast that I absolutely adore. You know what, I think I would love to be Richard Osman as everything he touches turns to gold ... seemingly. Then again, he works incredibly hard at it so maybe I'm not cut out to be Mr Osman.
