"You're not in Monmouthshire anymore Mr Riversdale"*

Solid, stalwart buildings of a typical Welsh town was Brecon. Nothing so far had been too different to Monmouth and it's surrounds, but this was about to change.

Standing outside the entrance to Brecon Market Hall, a large traditional clock above. Look down and in we can see bunting, stalls, and a few people perusing the wares on offer.
