Final work week, done and dusted really

It's basically one and dusted as I'm really focused on next week and beyond.

Having the day off yesterday with the fuckin' awful 24hour bug (mate, I was wasted, slept for most of yesterday and ... well, crickey, what a big it is) has meant that I've not kept the old "leaving postings" up to date.

With only today (which is a bit of a 'post-ill blur') and Friday to go I'll sign off this little set with a ... Goodbye Ministry of Health

It's feels like a billion is just a bit bigger than a million. Obviously it's bigger but it fits on the same scale as a million, surely. It doesn't. A billion is so so so much bigger than a million. I've trawled the internet finding graphics and videos that show the VAST difference between one million and one billion. Walking home past the Boys School playing fields , it's quite the idyllic view. I recall playing the Monmouth School for Boys only once before the fixture was cancelled due to the incessant fighting. I wonder if it's back on or has the early 1980s ban held firm.
