Robin Williams, 1951 - 2014
Missed by many.

It's been 10 years since Robin Williams killed himself having fought his internal demons for much of his life.

Despite being open about his struggles we all reacted with shock and sadness when we heard.

If it can happen to someone so seemingly full of life's energy, someone brimming over with love and laughter, a vibrant star shining in the world then you gotta know it can happen to anyone. And, much like Robin Williams, you might not know.

Take a few mins to send a message to a few people right now - ask each of them, "On a scale of 1 to 10, how is your day going?".

Now you wait--and if they message back a number from 1 to 10, here's what you're going to reply: "Is there anything I could do to help move it from a 6 to a 7?" (or . . . "from a 3 to a 4" or "from a 10 to an 11"--you get the idea).

You will make a difference, and you won't be left wondering what you could've done. Go well people and send those texts.
