Naked Man Memorial

Look, I'm sure there's some deeply innocent, ancient, and symbolic reason that Henry Edmund Holland (1919-33), Leader of the Labour Party, has a naked man as a memorial in the Bolton Cemetery.

I'm sure there is, but you know what, I just can't grasp it.
