British Airways (BA) being as helpful and as supportive as ever - a report from the UK

Dave Snowden has a non-KM related blog posting in which he lets loose a lot of anger about BA (Bastard/British Airways) staff/company and how, yet again, they fail to provide an ounce of customer service.

Similar non-service happened to us when we flew from Heathrow to Stockholm. Liz was trying to put the bags up into the overhead compartments and, being a shorty, was having a tough time. Two of the cabin staff were standing a few feet away nattering to each other, one even looked across to Liz and did a "yeah, it can be quite hard love" sympathy smile ... you can imagine how that went down.

Anyone got any nice stories about BA and the way the company operates?
