Miramar Man In "Awesome Work Fella" Headline

I had the pleasure of meeting Ian late last year as I tried to bring together a whole bunch of people that wanted to create a Miramar Mesh (in essence Wi-Fi up Miramar for free/v low cost). Without Ian's driving force behind it that particular venture has gone west - any chance of resurrecting it Rod, Adam and Mike?

Anywho - he left Miramar because he had taken a position with the OLPC project ("one laptop per child") out in Pacfic Islands.

And now look at him, holding up mountains indeed and ensuring every single child in Niue has a laptop (100%, each and every one).

It's feels like a billion is just a bit bigger than a million. Obviously it's bigger but it fits on the same scale as a million, surely. It doesn't. A billion is so so so much bigger than a million. I've trawled the internet finding graphics and videos that show the VAST difference between one million and one billion. Oh, and just to finish with a different misconception about space starting with the classic opening line from the great Douglas Adams and The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy : “Space is big.
